Pop The Champagne She Is Changing Her Name Banner, Balloon Set

This glittery banner and balloon set is perfect to decorate a weekend rental, hotel room or any party venue. The gold glitter banner rows are between 4 to 4 1/2 feet. The banner is pre-strung making it the perfect decor to set up quickly. The large Champagne bottle balloon is 36 inches tall and  can be filled with helium or blown up my mouth with the included straw. The gold heart foil balloons are 18 inches tall and can be filled with helium or my mouth with the straw included with this set.  The coordinating balloon garland is also easy to put together by blowing up the linking balloons, tying them into a chain and then adding smaller balloons in our metallic green accent color.
